1 General Terms

Jitaace Live is an online gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between Jitaace Live and all its members. The terms may be updated from time to time, and the latest version will always be available on this page.

2 Account Registration

To register an account on Jitaace Live, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading details will result in account termination and possible forfeiture of any funds. Only one account per person is permitted — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

• During registration, you will need to provide your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address.
• Keep your account password strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for any consequences if it is shared with others.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested for account verification.
• If multiple accounts are found sharing the same device, IP address, or payment method, all associated accounts will be closed.

3 Age Restriction Policy

Jitaace Live strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 18 from using the platform. During registration, you must confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Jitaace Live may request supporting documents for age verification at any time.

• Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for keeping their devices and login credentials out of reach of minors.
• Providing false information about your age is a serious offence and may result in legal action.

4 Deposits & Payments

Jitaace Live supports Bangladesh's most popular payment methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Always enter accurate details when making a deposit; incorrect information may cause the deposit to fail and delay any refund.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 and the maximum single deposit is BDT 1,00,000.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.

5 Withdrawal Rules

Your account must be fully verified before you can withdraw funds from Jitaace Live. Withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. All withdrawal requests are handled in accordance with Jitaace Live's terms and conditions.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 hours.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious activity.
• Multiple withdrawals made on the same day may require additional verification.

6 Bonuses & Offers

Jitaace Live offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers for both new and existing members. Each bonus comes with its own terms that must be followed. If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus may be voided and the account suspended or closed.

• The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only and does not apply to subsequent deposits.
• Bonus wagering requirements are generally 20x–30x; specific terms for each bonus will be provided separately.
• Winnings earned using bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Jitaace Live reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or IP address is not permitted.

7 Gaming Rules

All games on Jitaace Live are conducted in a fully fair and transparent manner. Every game uses a certified RNG (Random Number Generator), ensuring that all outcomes are completely unbiased. If a technical error leaves a game round unresolved, Jitaace Live reserves the right to void that round.

• If your internet connection drops during a game, your bet may be voided.
• If you have a dispute regarding a game result, please contact the support team within 72 hours.
• In Sports Betting, live match results are determined based on the official score.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting software errors or bugs will be voided.

8 Prohibited Activities

Any activity that violates Jitaace Live's terms and conditions is strictly prohibited. If such activity is identified, the account will be permanently closed and legal action may be taken if necessary.

• Money Laundering: Using Jitaace Live for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account per person is prohibited.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting system vulnerabilities to obtain extra bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Hacking & Fraud: Interfering with the platform's security is strictly prohibited.
• Account Selling: Selling or transferring your account to another person is not allowed.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Jitaace Live reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, for any reason. Members may also request to close their own account at any time. A self-exclusion option is available as part of our responsible gaming commitment.

• To close your account, contact our support team. Your balance will be returned after verification.
• If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the remaining balance may not be refunded.
• Once self-exclusion is activated, access to your account will be suspended for the specified period.
• Restoring a closed account may take up to 3 business days.

10 Limitation of Liability

Jitaace Live is not liable for losses caused by technical issues, internet outages, or third-party failures. That said, Jitaace Live always strives to keep the platform running without interruption. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Jitaace Live's management is final.

• Jitaace Live is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through gaming.
• All information provided on the platform is for entertainment purposes only.
• Jitaace Live is not obligated to provide compensation in the event of unexpected technical errors.
